Mediterranean food has been defined by the three core elements of the cuisine ; olive, wheat and grape, whose elements are at the center of olive oil, bread, pasta and wine. Learn to incorporate these delicious elements in an interactive and collaborative cooking class. Taught by Regina, a professional chef in a the R2GO commercial kitchen. The evening concludes with a communal meal where attendees enjoy the fruits of their labor.
