Chakras are centers of spiritual power in the human body with different locations, purposes, and colors. In this class each of the seven major chakras will be explored through meditation, physiological associations, vibrations, flow, and tips for everyday life and breathing techniques. Having these spiritual power centers in balance brings about a state of physical and emotional well being. Take a look inward and find the balance and harmony to thrive. Ages 13 and up.
When: Tuesdays in December from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM. December 6th, 13th, and 20th.
Where: JUMP Inspire Studio on the fourth floor.
Cost: 3 session monthly pass $40. You may pay a drop-in fee of $15 at the door. Check the ticket to see how many spaces remain in the class.
Colleen Fletcher is a multi-faceted healer with over 20 years of experience and ongoing education in massage therapy, intuitive energy healing, metaphysics, hypnosis and esthetics. She has over 40 years of experience in meditation practices, has lived overseas and continues to travel and incorporate new ideas into her personal and professional life.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
You may bus, bike, drive, walk, skip, etcetera. Check Boise's bus schedule at valleyride.org. We love bikers and have beautiful bike racks to secure your ride throughout the facility. Apologies, but our parking garage is still under construction and we do not have on-site parking at the moment. Paid parking will be available in the future. Parking options include the BoDo parking garage at 9th and Front and the garage by Hotel 43 located at 234 S 10th Street and Front. Please use the crosswalk at 9th and Broad Street to access JUMP. ADA parking available onsite, please email requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the refund policy?
We depend on your enrollment for a successful class so please plan your schedule carefully. Classes which do not meet minimum enrollment are subject to cancellation. Refunds are issued in full if the class or program is cancelled, if you cancel at least seven days before the starting date of the class, or for documented medical reasons.
