If you have heard how meditation can reduce stress, make you happier, and give you more focus, you’ve heard correctly. Don’t think you can quiet your mind long enough? Then this is the class for you. Mary Pillsbury has been teaching meditation for more than 10 years and will show you how meditation can change your life in just 10-15 minutes a day.
4 Week Meditation Series
In this series we will begin each class by learning a different breathing technique to help you relax during the day or sleep better at night.
It will be followed with a combination of mindfulness and guided meditation, focusing on body awareness and acceptance.
4 week series: Tuesdays 6pm-7pm
Investment: $55 for all 4 weeks
