This class is led by Art of Living instructors. The instructors receive 1000s of hours of in-class and on-the-field training to lead people into meditation. They are experts in the field and have years of experience helping people to meditate. Instructors do not get paid for leading the class and work on a volunteer basis.

You're in good hands with our instructors! They will be able to guide you through your meditation experience and answer any questions you have about the process.
