Meditation is a method for relaxing and being present in the body-mind and becoming more effective at dealing with life’s challenges.
This 3 hour dynamic workshop incorporates stretching, pranic breathing, meditation philosophy and guided practice experiences.
Together, we'll explore and experience ways meditation can be used as a tool for remaining awake and amazed by life's beauty and mystery!
Presentation will include a discussion of how to be mindfully present and compassionate, even in difficult circumstances. We will discuss ways to use meditation practice as a way to stay grounded, attuned and in touch with ourselves and others.
There will be opportunities for participants to share their personal story, get support from the group and individual guidance from our workshop presenter.
Participants will learn powerful ways to use meditation and the philosophy behind it, to transcend emotional blocks and move into a more empowered way of living!
This workship is designed to promote deep transformation and inner healing in a safe, supportive atmosphere.
