Meditation Series-6 Weeks

Would you like to learn to meditate? Do you already have a practice that you would like to deepen? Lama Yeshe, an ordained monk in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, will show how meditation and mindfulness can improve peace of mind. Our habits of worrying about the past and speculating about an imagined future shift our focus away from the present moment, the only time we really have. These skills help train our minds to be here and now. The class is free of charge and registration is required for the full series as space is limited. If possible bring cushions, yoga mats and/or blankets if intending to sit on the floor. Some cushioning will be provided and chairs are available.
