Building Our Meditation Skills

About this event

Meditation often seems very difficult, but it becomes easier and more focused when we rely upon the advice of Buddha.  In this series we will learn how to incorporate Buddhist practices and techniques to grow our joyful meditation practice and experience real inner peace.

This series, taught by Rob Lutz, is suitable for beginners as well as experienced meditators

September 16: Samsara sucks- Using our situation to drive our practice 

September 23: I can't do this alone- The power of relying on Buddha's help 

September 30: Where was I? Overcoming distractions 

October 7: The other 23 hours and 40 minutes- Integrating our meditations into our daily practice
