If you have always wanted to learn how to meditate or are just finding it difficult to find the time and space to fit it into your busy schedule, this group allows you the opportunity to enter into the quiet space and stillness in between the thoughts. The participants will be taken on a journey with a guided meditation and live vibroacoustic therapy music. A portion of the time will be left for silent meditation to allow participants to bask in a lovely and relaxed meditation state. This meditation series is for all levels, beginners, intermediate and experienced. No prior meditation experience needed.
$15 per person

*Please arrive 5 minutes prior as meditation will start promptly at 6:30pm. It is recommended to bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow*
