Meditation Monday - Living Life in Balance
Join us for a uniquely styled group meditation, led by Dr. Genie, that will truly teach you how to meditate.
This style is based on a fusion of ancient techniques of Yoga and mind acrobatics, mixed with modern techniques of psychology and Nuero Linguistic Programming. It is great for beginners and those who have a difficult time quieting the mind - it is also very effective for the seasoned spiritualist in regard to going deep to access insights and reveal or release blockages that hold us back from achieving at a higher level in life.
There are 5 components:
- Passive Meditation
- Active Meditation
- Guided Visualization
- Soothing Down
Check in starts at 7pm. The meditation will last approximately 1 hour.
Bring a water bottle and a notebook and dress in layers for comfort.
