Meditation Made Simple - 7 Week Course

Meditation Made Simple 7-Week series will give you a thorough theories and practice of meditation.
We will meet every Wednesday from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM. This series is designed specifically to fit everyone who has full-time work. Topics cover, but not limited to, self development, stress management, Buddhism, and science of the mind.
Please take advantage of this special series, we are looking forward to see you on February 1st at 7:00 PM.
Suggested donation is $5 per session, or $35 one time. This will be used toward the center's daily operation, course material, and refreshment.
