This 4-week journey is for those of you who are looking for ways to find more balance, peace and joy in your day-to-day life. In this course you will learn everything you need to begin your own meditation practice at home.
Meditation can improve your life in the following ways:

In this course program you will learn and experience for yourself how to meditate and the benefits of including meditation in your life. Learn body awareness and scanning techniques, breathwork, the art of mindfulness and stillness and visualization techniques.
All participants will recieve a course manual to take home and begin practicing at home.
