FHi Brisbane Friends,

Join me for some nibbles and tea where I’ll be giving a free Meditation Introductory Talk about the technique I practice and teach.

DATE: February 24th

TIME: 11am-12noon

PLACE: Private Address

There’s no cost to attend the Intro Talk and no obligation to join the course, it’s simply a chance for you to learn what the technique is about and ask any questions that pop up.

I'll be debunking some common myths about meditation and sharing some of the benefits of this technique including:

> reducing stress and anxiety

> gaining deep rest

> improving immunity and health

> flowing creativity

> increased focus and productivity

> and SO much more!

I'm delighted to be able to share this technique that has changed my life in every way as a globally certified 1 Giant Mind Meditation Teacher.

What I love most about this technique, is that in just 3 x 90mins sessions, you are taught how to become a fully self sufficient meditator with a regular daily practice without the need of an app, a class or any fancy clothes or seating positions.

It’s a super simple practice, designed for every day people with bills to pay and families or relationships. And all you need to practice is yourself and a comfy chair.
