The aim is to teach you how to sit still in your meditation sanctuary, and to bring silence and wellness to your body through the power of your consciousness.
You will be guided to expand your awareness of the subtle energies in and around your body and to increase your senses.
This class will empower you to control your internal experiences better, regardless of the external experiences that are engaging you.
Any time you discern that something is wrong with you, and that you don't feel like yourself, you can reach into the healing tool box that you will acquire during this class and return to normal.
