Let’s create happy and well-balanced students by providing them with the tools necessary to become the best version of themselves. Meditation is a form of mental exercise of the mind that students will benefit from academically as well as in their personal life when practiced regularly. It is essential in students’ education as it will improve their focus and concentration by alleviating stress and anxiety in school.
Please bring to each session:
- Yoga Mat or large towel
- Non-slip socks (optional)
The event will be held on the first floor in the Multi-Purpose Room.
