About this Event
One of the best ways to support and nurture your recovery regime is with meditation. Our practice begins with a grounding exercise followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation and closes with Reiki energy work.
What do we enjoy the most? For starters the Mhz frequencies not only set the mood but have sound healing properties. The palo santo and sage cleansing of the space are a nice touch too.
All curated specifically for the sober and sober curious.
This is intimate space so we're happy with a small group. Seating is limited to ten.
