We all need time to relax.

Ideally on a daily basis. Stress, which has been linked to a range of health issues is fast being acknowledged as one of modern society’s most pressing problems.

Through (guided) deep relaxation meditation exercises, we can learn what needs to be learned at the intellectual and spiritual levels, while not overtaxing our systems physically and emotionally.

These classes include exercises that you can take with you to continue your meditation practise at home. Beginners are more than welcome.

I always adapt the classes according to the group so everyone - beginners or intermediate- will get the most out of the session.

Venue: our venue is based in the middle of the beautiful seven dials in Covent Garden. Please enter reception and they will advise you where to go.



Note: Class will run from 6.00-7.00 pm. Door closes at 6.00 and after this no entry is allowed so please ensure you arrive on time.
