This session covers the application of meditation in the yoga tradition. Explore the experience delivered through certain meditation techniques and the awakening of witness consciousness. Learn what it takes to make your mind one-pointed and steady. Gain recognition of what is underneath the different thoughts and ways to manage them, this will enable you to shift your inner dialogue and awaken your intuitive mind. This workshop includes a 90 min practice followed by a short break and then a 2 hour workshop.
