About this Event

As you all know, unless you meditate everyday and make meditation a habit, it does not create real changes in your life.

That is THE SECRET OF MEDITATION. Practicing it each and everyday, for at least 20 mins morning and evening. THAT CREATES MIRACLES.

When we make meditation a daily habit:

1. We stay in the NOW.

2. We become clear about the choices we make, steps we take.

3. We feel more relaxed, peaceful and free.

4. We have more energy.

5. We become more connected with ourselves and others.

6. We get free of anxiety, fear, panic and worry.

7. We look, feel and act younger.

8. Our libido increases.

9. We sleep deeper and feel more rested.

As we are HUMAN BEINGS, we need to spend time with our BEING as well as our human self. If we don’t, we lose connection with who we are, our truth, capabilities, silence, love, peace and we become unbalanced in every way.

MEDITATION is not only needed but also necessary for people who want to live a balanced, harmonious, loving, peaceful, happy and healthy life.

This Course will help us to make meditation a habit, reach the ultimate silence, bliss and clarity in our being, creating a subtle balance. This state of balance will lead us to abundance, success, perfect relationships, happiness and health.

Our teacher Nevsah, who has been meditating in a disciplined way for more than 20 years will be supporting us throughout the whole process for 60 days.
