We all want to be happy and stress-free, but often the relentless pace and challenges of life make it impossible to know where to look for happiness.
Through the practice of meditation, however, we can find peace and contentment. When we allow our mind to settle, quietly, in its own natural peace, then what happens is quite extraordinary.
Join experienced meditation instructors and WeWork Wellness Tuesdays at 5:50pm beginning September 13 in the Quiet Room at WeWork on 115 West 18th Street, 4th Floor. Sessions offer introductory instructions mindfulness and calm abiding meditation, guided meditation sessions, and space to engage with colleagues in exploring new ways of working with our minds. Sessions will last 45-60 minutes.
Sessions will be led by experienced instructors in the Tibetan tradition of meditation and practice.
No special attire or materials required; just bring your mind!
A suggested donation of $5 is requested to further teachings in meditation.
