Description

How many times have you heard “Just relax. Take a breath”? It’s easy to say and extremely difficult to do. You’re a busy professional with too much on the go. We are too! It took us years to discover meditation. Once we really dived in, it changed our lives – helping us overcome physical pain and anxiety.

You're paying a ton of attention to your body – with special diets and workout plans. Your mind needs care too. Memberships and classes are quite the commitment. So, we’re bringing meditation to you – 30 minutes at a time.

We’re parking a bus (the fancy limo kind) right outside of your office in downtown Toronto. Come relax and breath with a guided meditation.

It’s as easy as a coffee break. So, take the first step to mindfulness with us.

What's Next:

Register for a seat so we can for sure get you on the bus! We'll be doing small meditation groups of max 12 people.

Any donations would be amazing! Donate (suggested $10) – it will go towards coving the cost of the bus and more free mental health and wellness initiatives in Toronto.
