In this seminar you will discover that there are many forms of meditation practice that are aimed at the attainment of different goals. One of these forms is variously known as meditation without seed, or open awareness, or just sitting. This form of meditation uses no techniques or objects of concentration. The instructions ask you only to sit and be. In this evening seminar you will learn how we have been trained to assume that favorable external circumstances are what allow us to be happy and free.
