Cooperation for peace through the art of meditation and mindfulness.

In order to cooperate internationally, one must have a cooperation and inner peace with oneself first. Tallinn University International Relations Society in cooperation with World Peace Initiative Foundation is happy to welcome you to our next event - an open meditation workshop and lecture about mindfulness in international cooperation by Agnija Kazuša on 25th of April at 15.00 in Tallinn University, S-238.

Agnija is a Meditation and Mindfulness Trainer, a Writer and a Peace Activist. Having gained a Master’s degree in Communication Science, she spent three years teaching English in Egypt, Latvia, Morocco, India, and China. In 2015, she received an opportunity to join the Peace Revolution meditation training in Thailand where she learned meditation and mindfulness from Thai Buddhist monks. Since then she has been actively involved in World Peace Initiative Foundation and started her journey as a mindfulness and meditation trainer sharing inner peace to people from all over the world. She has guided over 300 sessions and led workshops in Spain, Cyprus, Hungary, Serbia, Latvia, Portugal, Poland, Croatia, Romania, and India.

Agnija will be accompanied by Triin Bõstrov who will share her experience as former Alumni of the Peace Revolution Bridge Youth Fellowship, recent graduate of the M.A. in International Relations program and former President of Tallinn University International Relations Society.
