Event description
In this early morning workshop,we'll move, shake, stretch, balance, dance AND eat a little dessert all before you head to work.

About this Event

There are no rules as to when, how and why you should dance. Our brain LOVES expansion and breaking out of 'regular' routines.

In this super early workshop,we'll move, shake, stretch, balance, dance AND eat a little dessert all before you head to work. Yes. Dancing before the sunrises and eating cake before breakfast. Why not spark as much joy as possible before we step into the 'world'?

Alisa will guide you through a meditation, followed by breath-work and some stretches. You will then begin your own journey as you intuitively move, stretch, dance to medicinal and upbeat tunes. We will hold silence to enhance the energy received from the dancing, breath-work and the glorious first rays of the sun. The session will end in a body scan and 15 minute final relaxation. This class is appropriate for everyone, especially for those that claim 'they can't dance' ;). Reclaim your freedom of expression and movement. When we all awake from our glorious yoga 'slumber' you'll enjoy a home-brewed chai and a nourishing refined sugar free/vegan/gf cake with the group. (To-go options will be available for those that need to dash to their work. )

Exchange is $33 plus HST. Please contact Alisa as there a spots available upon exchange and financial assistance if needed!

A shower is available for those whom may need.
