This 60 minute practice includes gentle yoga, pranyama (deep breathing), meditation, and Reiki energy balancing. These integrated modalities help to cultivate space within to come back and take care of ourselves. We use the mindfulness of this work to recognize it and move through it. Release built up energy and emotion. Find freedom in love and empathy so you can move forward with compassionate action and understanding.
This is a donation based class ($10 suggested).
