ABOUT THIS EVENT:

There is a cultural shift currently happening in Canada as we move towards full legalization of marijuana for recreational purposes. But did you know that in July 2001, Canada was the first nation to legalize access to marijuana for medical pruposes How much do you know about the Cannabis plant (cannabis sativa) and its proven healing qualities

Join us as we listen and learn from industry professionals and personal stories about how medical marijuana can be jused to treat symptoms of FM, CFS and pain.

  • Understanding the differences between medical and recreational cannabis and its consumption;

  • Types and Strains of Cannaboids

  • Government legislation, industry regulatins and licensing to protect patients

  • Access to Products - range, uses, risks, process to purchase

  • Patient Rights

After a S-T-R-E-T-C-H Break, the speakers will participate in a panel discussion and interactive Q&A session with the audience, moderated by Crystal Murray, FLG Member and MM User.

Participants are invited to stay after the sit-down portion of the special event has concluded, to visit and chat with representatives from invited businesses, service agencies, advocacy and support groups who serve the medical marijuana user community.

You do not have to be living with Fibromyalgia and or Chronic Fatigue Syndromes to attend!
