Description

On Tuesday night, dinner needs to be quick and flavorful. Our Spanish Spice-Crusted Pork Tenderloin Bites (pinchos morunos) fit the bill. Thursday begs for a little celebration, and our answer is pitas stuffed with Turkish meatballs, fresh herbs, and tahini-yogurt sauce. There's time to make a big roast on Sunday—one you'll repurpose all week for easy dinners and lunches. Our Cuban-Style Pork Shoulder with Mojo Sauce is succulent and boldly flavored thanks to a long marinade and high heat, and it leaves you will ample leftovers. Join us to make and eat all three in this class.

This is a hands-on cooking class led by Milk Street instructors Erin Ross and Liz Vena.

What is the maximum number of students per class?

Different classes have different student/participant caps. Here are general guidelines for maximum student capacity:

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Please note: 177 Milk Street has multiple doors. Ours are the double brown doors, with bowties on them, directly across from 49 India Street.

What can/can't I bring/wear to the event?

Please wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair. You are welcome to bring a phone or camera.

Is this a demo or hands-on cooking class?

This is a hands-on cooking class.


Should I eat a snack before class?

Yes! In this class we will taste recipes as we cook, but an hour or more may pass before the sampling begins. Near the end of class, we also will share a light dinner of the foods you make during the session.


Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes. All students must be 18+ years old. Students 14-17 years old are welcome to participate with an adult guardian or parent.

Is my registration/ticket refundable or transferrable?

Yes. Tickets are refundable up to seven days before an event and transferable to another student at any time. Within seven days of the event, we do not offer refunds.
