Dave will be sharing his journey and strategy for forming success metrics so that you can be prepared to make 2017 a year that counts.
Dave Goes is Morningstar’s Head of Client Service. In his role, Dave is charged with unifying Morningstar’s global client service teams under symmetrical philosophical and operational frameworks in order to provide for an exceptional client journey. Prior to this, Dave managed Morningstar’s Buy Side business in the Americas, where he led the development of Morningstar’s emerging institutional equity and credit research business. Dave spent most of his career in institutional business development, growing some of Morningstar’s largest enterprise client relationships. Dave graduated with a degree in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s College.
