One of the best ways to ensure a nutritious diet is through meal prepping/meal planning. However, only 29% of Americans report regularly prepping their meals.
Join certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Haley Fountain and Intuitive Eating Coach Renata Trebing for this hands-on meal prepping workshop and learn how to make tasty, easy & nutritious meals that will leave you happy & satiated.
*vegetarian substitutions will be offered for all meals*
This is for you if:

On the menu:
1. Vegan Black Eyed Pea Chowder
2. Gado Gado- Indonesian steamed veggie salad with chicken and peanut sauce
3. Smoothie freezer packs
4. Something sweet: Healthy cookie dough bites
All meals are naturally gluten and dairy free. Vegetarian substitutions will be provided. If you have any dietary restrictions, please us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

This will be held in an outdoor, covered venue- so please dress comfortably.
