Join us in making budget-conscious, healthy meals that will feed you all week!

About this Event

Meal prepping is a great way to eat healthier and save some money. We’ll focus on recipes that are veggie-forward with different kinds of protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs from a variety of foods. We’ll make lunch and dinner for the whole week!

Lunch: Nourishing Roasted Vegetable Salad, Burrito Bowls with Ground Turkey

Dinner: Sesame Tempeh & Veggie Bowls, Vegetable and Chicken Sausage Stuffed Peppers
