Ok, I get it, when you hear or see the words “meal planning” you want to run for the hills. The never-ending grocery list, the never-ending ingredient list with things you’ve never heard of and prepping a zillion different meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. What if I told you that it can be EASY? Would you give it a shot?

In this workshop, you will learn some of my favourite life-saving tips like my three favourite meal planning words; PREP, BATCH and RE-PURPOSE. You will learn the importance of incorporating protein, fats and carbs (yes, I said CARBS!) into building healthy meals and snacks (I'm not talking 10 almonds here - think more exciting things like delicious dips, muffins and more) that will keep you feeling satiated until your next meal. Let’s just say you won’t be reaching for that 3pm sugary muffin or raiding your fridge when you get home from work.
