Registration Information

There is no fee for this activity, however you will be asked to provide credit card information to guarantee your reservation. Credit cards will be charged a one-time $25 fee ONLY if you do not attend or do not cancel your registration by January 9, 2019.

Registration is granted on a first-come, first-served basis as space is limited. We encourage you to register early and reserve your space, as we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate onsite registration.

Goal of the Summit:

To improve the diagnosis and treatment of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia. Participants will actively engage in multidisciplinary, small group activities covering the following:

  • Risk stratification

  • Diagnostic testing

  • The role of transplants

  • Alternative to 7+3
