About the Program

Join us for an informational lecture on how legal professionals can learn to deal with depression in the practice of law. Attendees will learn how to identify the signs of depression, the common causes of stress and anxiety in the general population as well as common stressors associated with those in the legal field. This program will outline techniques and resources attorneys can use to help deal with depression, stress, and other mental health issues.

Lunch will be provided for all attendees.

About the Speaker

Christian Bogh obtained his B.A. in Psychology from California State University San Bernardino and M.S. in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University with an emphasis in Professional Clinical Counseling. Mr. Bogh’s training and experience is with several therapeutic techniques including: Emotionally Focused Therapy, Prepare and Enrich Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, among others. Mr. Bogh specializes in areas such as anxiety, depression, relational distress and severe mental illness. He has been in practice for 2 years and outside of his private practice, he has done work for Cedar House Rehabilitation Center, California Baptist Counseling Center, and The Soboba Band of Indians.
