Join Girls on the Run of NOVA for our 5th Annual LUNAFEST - an evening of award-winning short films by, for, and about women. Enjoy a wonderful evening of film while raising funds to support Girls on the Run of NOVA & Chicken and Egg Pictures.


The Films:

This season’s program of eight selected films will compel discussion, make you laugh, tug at your heartstrings and motivate you to make a difference in your community. Incredibly diverse in style and content, LUNAFEST is united by a common thread of exceptional storytelling - by, for and about women. The total run time of this season's program is just under 90 minutes. Parents with children under 13 are strongly cautioned. Read more below or watch a trailer for the films here.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
While there is no minimum age, the films will cover difficult topics and may not be appropriate for all ages. Parents with children until 13 are strongly cautioned. Read more about the films featured this year above or watch a trailer for the films here.

What does my ticket price include?
All tickets include access to the featured film screening as well as access to our raffle, door prizes, and hor d'oeuvres provided by Wegmans. When buying a Team Pack of 6 tickets, all 6 ticket holders will receive the same.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Free Parking is available on-site at a variety of parking garages. A shuttle is available until 7:30pm from the Dunn Loring Metro. Schedule available here.

What's the refund policy?
We are not able to offer refunds. You may choose to transfer your registration to another person.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not need to print your ticket out prior to the event. We will have a list of all ticket purchasers. If your ticket was purchased for you, please ensure the purchaser has shared your name with us so we can include you on the list! Questions? Please email us at info@gotrnova.org
