What would you like to build for McDonald's Europe? Or rather, how will you create a better environment for the communities surrounding McDonald's locations? There are over 7,400 restaurant locations in Europe and so it's possible we can build a more interactive, safe, and friendly community for you. The choice is yours!
The McDonald's Europe Hackathon is a 24 hour app competition to develop tools that provide relevant services and enhance the experience of the Millennials. At the McDonald's Europe Hackathon, you and 100+ developers, designers, and entrepreneurs have the chance to envision prototypes you would like to build at each McDonald's Europe location.
The idea for the future of McDonald's Europe is not just going to the restaurant to pick up and go, that will be the exception but rather a place to meet your friends, hang out, come for open mic night, choose your own music, go there for study sessions, meet your next ?, host game night etc... This paradigm shift in the way we experience McDonald's is going to have enormous improvements for the future of the communities surrounding McDonald's. In addition to some serious recognition from your peers, you could win cash or other great prizes.
