And rediscover the quiet, still place within that can be a source of inspiration.
During this All-Day Practice Retreat, step out of your every-day, habitual way of "doing" life to balance your life experience with conscious "being."
Throughout the day, we will be paying attention, on purpose, to our experience of the present moment. We are practicing awareness of sensations, thoughts, emotions and the 5 physical senses. Through mindfulness, we are awakening to life in this moment with curiosity and non-judgment.
The day will be filled with guided practices you are familiar with from the MBSR course, and will be experienced by participants in noble silence (except for the faciltator's spoken guidance).
Be with yourself - so that you can be your whole self.
Join alumni and current students of the 8-week MBSR Foundations Course for a day of practice.
Open to any graduate of an MBSR 8-week Foundations Course.

Please arrive 8:45 - 8:55 am.
You may attend for only the morning or only the afternoon. Transition time will be lunch, 12:00 noon - 12:30 pm. Depart or arrive at that time.

$40 (Sliding-scale). Cash, check or debit/credit card at the door.
DAY OF PRACTICE CHECKLIST/LOGISTICS
• BRING A LUNCH.
• BRING A MAT / BLANKET to practice on the floor.
• BRING WARM CLOTHING / a blanket to help you adjust to temperatures.
• When you arrive, please do so mindfully and quietly.
