Irish Week 2017 Mayor's Proclamation Luncheon is Friday, March 10, 2017, at 12 Noon at F X McRory's Steak, Chop & Oyster House, 419 Occidental Ave S (beside CenturyLink Field), Seattle.
This is the 46th Annual Irish Week Proclamation Luncheon and will feature Proclamations of Irish Week 2016 being issued by Washington Governor Jay Inslee, Seattle Mayor Edward Murray and King County Executive Dow Constantine. In attendance along with Seattle Mayor Ed Murray and Galway Mayor Noel Larkin will be the St. Patrick's Day Parade Grand Marshal Tim Egan, along with the Honorary Grand Marshal, other distinguished visitors from Ireland and local politicians.
Irish music and dancing start at 11:30 am, formal program starts at 12:15 pm and a salmon lunch is served at 12:30 pm.
Tickets are $30 per person for the salmon lunch. This is always a sellout, so get your reservations in early to 206-361-1713, or email Luncheon@irishclub.org. Pre-paid reservations only. The Irish Heritage Club is a non-profit, non-political, non-religious organization that organizes and promotes activities of an Irish cultural nature in the Greater Seattle area. Among its programs are: Ceol Cascadia Irish Music Association; Friends of St. Patrick in Seattle; Irish Network Seattle; Irish Reels Film Festival; Seattle Gaels Gaelic Football, Hurling & Camogie; Seattle Galway Sister City Association; Seattle Irish Immigrant Support; and Tacoma Rangers Hurling & Gaelic Football.
