Update: Mayhem Manor has sold-out! A limited number of tickets will be available at the door on Saturday, October 26 and Thursday, October 31, on a first come, first served basis.
This Halloween, San Francisco Heritage is thrilled to present “Mayhem Manor: Twisted Tours of Terror.” At the end of October, the historic 1886 Haas-Lilienthal House will be transformed into a haunted house style attraction, not for the weak of heart or infirm of soul.
Scares abound in the halls of Mayhem Manor, where the inhabitants are more than a little off their rockers! Groups of 10-15 “guests” will be led by a ghoulish, but gracious host through the dimly lit museum on a “twisted tour of terror,” replete with frightful encounters in unexpected places. Tours of this chilling landmark will begin approximately every 15 minutes. This year marks the first time that the Haas-Lilienthal House will open its doors for a dramatic Halloween adventure. Who knew history could be so terrifying?
This special event will take place from 7 – 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, October 25th and 26th and Thursday, October 31st. The Haas-Lilienthal House is located in San Francisco's Pacific Heights neighborhood at 2007 Franklin Street, between Washington and Jackson Streets.
No on-site parking is available, so we highly encourage guests to take public transportation. The 49 bus stops one block away at Jackson and Van Ness. The 1 California bus stops at Clay/Washington and Franklin.
Extra scares for guests who come in costume! Beer and wine will be available for purchase after the tour to calm harried nerves. No cell phone use or photography allowed inside the House during tours. Not recommended for children under 10.
Proceeds from the event will benefit SF Heritage, committed to preserving San Francisco’s unique architectural and cultural identity.
FINE PRINT: This event is nonrefundable within 7 days of opening night. No full or partial refunds are given to guests who miss the event. Please contact the event organizer if you have questions about the date and time that you selected. Guests must be 21+ to drink alcohol.
