Join us on Friday, April 20 for an evening of celebration as we host a meet and greet event dinner for Rich Froning's Mayhem for Mustard Seed Ranch 5! The doors will open at 5:30 with the dinner beginning at 6.

Sponsored by Ford-Lincoln of Cookeville, the dinner will feature an Athlete Q&A, a fantastic meal with Steak Tacos provided by E3 Meat Co., and much more!

We will have a silent auction to win gear from some of the top Crossfit athletes from across the globe, a dunking booth to douse members of the Crossfit Mayhem team, a crazy photobooth, and donuts for dessert.
