Do I pay when I sign up?

We want our gyms and practice groups to be accessible by everyone, so these programs allow participants to pick their own price to sign up. We suggest contributing if you're able, to cover the costs of coaching and to keep these programs accessible and sustainable.

How much should I contribute?

There is no minimum contribution for participation in our practice groups! If you'd like guidance, here is what we suggest on a sliding scale: $1-$5 (Suggested for income limited participants, and BIPOC participants), $6-10 (Standard Contribution), $11-15 (Suggested for income flexible participants)
