Event description

Description

This half-day workshop emphasizes understanding how focusing on individual talents/strengths can promote even greater contribution and professional satisfaction. Participants will learn how to: (1) understand their innate talents and capabilities and identify their key individual strengths using the StrengthsFinder 2.0 Assessment, (2) nurture and develop their talents, (3) discover how past accomplishments can be leveraged to enhance future performance and effectiveness, and (4) create an even greater sense of fulfillment in making a positive difference at work for the good of the university.

There is a pre-work requirement that must be completed before March 6. Participants must: (1) read the StrengthsFinder 2.0 book (provided by HR Training and Development), (2) complete the 45 minute online assessment using the unique code in the back of the book, and (3) print and bring the Signature Themes Report (generated from the online assessment) and book to the workshop.
