Trainer information

Mr. Martijn Koelman came to Belgium in 1995 from the Netherlands. He has more than 20 years of experience in the hotel business. Martijn joined Conrad Hotels in 1996 where he was hired as a receptionist and walked all the way through the different levels of management to join the head office as Director of Revenue Management Worldwide for Conrad Hotels.

In January 2007 Martijn started RevMax Consultancy. During the last 10 years he has launched several successful individual hotels and consulted for different industries with a perishable product. He brings teams to a customer focused strategy that ensures more topline revenue trickling down to profit in every business unit, where each player needs to take the responsibility.
