Experience New Years Eve with Max Strom, immersed in a wellbeing and renewing practice within a healthy community. This New Years Eve retreat offers the chance finishing the year with something healing and meaningful. In this workshop we will begin with a talk by Max, then move into a gentle breath-initiated movement sequence. In the second half of the workshop we will focus on floor postures and breathing patterns to release the mind and body from long-held stress that impedes our happiness and our ability to sleep well. Class will conclude with a unifying guided meditation. Bring your mat and writing materials.
