Multiple Stellar Award Winner, Maurette Brown Clark, is one of Gospel music's sweethearts. Originally from Long Island, New York, Maurette began her singing career with her family group. Throughout her formative years, she continued singing with choirs, groups, as well as studying classical piano. Patrick Lundy & The Ministers of Music, the multiple Stellar Award-nominated Gospel choir, is preparing to celebrate 20 years of singing God’s praises. Known for backing up popular Gospel and mainstream recording artists such as Tramaine Hawkins, Edwin Hawkins, Albertina Walker, B.B. King, Lyle Lovett, Roberta Flack, Peabo Bryson, and Jennifer Holliday, Patrick Lundy & The Ministers of Music are also known for their dynamic performances, impeccable artistry and pure anointing. They have performed all over the country, but, some of their most prestigious performances have been right at home, at the White House, U.S. Senate and U.S. Supreme Court. They also ministered at three Obama Inaugural Weekend events in 2009. In addition to appearing at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Lisner Auditorium, Washington National Cathedral and Warner Theatre, they have performed in Lisbon, Portugal, the Bahamas and Bermuda and toured Spain and Italy.
