Rasa Priya and Sarah Sundari are excited to introduce our private studio with small group settings (maxiumum 4 people)
Welcome to Maui Sound Healing with Rasa Priya and Sarah Sparkles. The sound healing begins with a guided meditation and light, esoteric sounds including world instruments, whales and binaural beats. The sound journey transforms as a variety of musical instruments and ancient sound healing practices such as raga, kirtan and native american chanting bathe the listener. Sound healing is one of the oldest and most natural forms of healing known to man. Cultures from around the world use the power of sound to restore ones mind, body and spirit back to a state of balance. The harmonic vibrations from the instruments have a deep penetrating effect on the receiver promoting wellness and spiritual growth. Many listeners fall into a state of deep relaxation and meditation with no prior experience. The transcendental sounds act to reduce and eliminate mind chatter, leading to a release of deep rooted tensions and emotional blocks. People often emerge from the experience feeling lighter, balanced and rejuvenated.
No experience is necessary for this sound bath. Just come with an open mind and willingness. The journey belongs to you.
Listeners booking this experience should be able to tolerate different sound frequencies and vibrations as drumming, crystal bowls and gongs are some of the many instruments used throughout the healing.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to help us facilitate this gentle soothing space with minimal interruption. Yoga mats are provided but please bring pillows, sweaters, or anything you may need to be comfortable in a laying position for 60 minutes.
To make everyones sound journey safe and secure for each person a medical grade hepa filter will be running through events (noise is minimal). Cleaning our studio we use FDA approved UV light system and we are so excited to begin sharing our journey with smaller groups!
