ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

In December, a Texas judge issued a ruling in Texas v. Azar, a lawsuit that challenged the constitutionality of the individual mandate provision of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The judge concluded that the individual mandate was unconstitutional and also ruled that because the individual mandate was inseverable from the other provisions of the ACA, that the entire law is invalid.

While this case is far from over, this decision has been the topic of conversation for many since it came down. During this workshop, we will discuss this recent ruling and its implications for the healthcare industry.

Join this workshop to learn:

  • What the ruling means for the ACA

  • How this recent decision impacts the healthcare regulatory landscape
