Overview

On the 17th of November we will host a talk with prolific London-based curator, researcher, and writer Matt Williams.

Matt Williams talk

Matt currently leads on Public Programme and Academic Partnerships at Camden Art Centre (2019–ongoing), and was previously Interim Head of Programmes and Senior Curator at the ICA (2010–2017). His work explores the associations between art and culture through collaborations with artists, musicians, publishers, and academics. He also holds a PhD from Manchester Metropolitan University.

In this talk, Matt will discuss his curatorial approach, how and why he builds programmes, and the importance of networks, music, and independent publishing within contemporary art and culture.

The talk will take place at 7pm and is open to the public.
