You are invited to reclaim rest and ease with Robin Bruce and Joi McGowan.
Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and beverages provided by Ozark Natural Foods and the Empowerment Initiative along with a happy hour hosted at Pink House Alchemy immediately after for a complimentary drink.
Expect moments to connect with others, creative workshops, practices to ease tension, and a climate of joy.
For this experience, we encourage you to bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, a journal, pens, meditation cushions, and an item to place at our altar. This offering can be flowers, stones/crystals, fruits, incense, or whatever comes to mind. Please bring an item that you don't mind losing or leaving at the altar.
