Can my older child come along?

Yes! There will be space for you to spread out (and maybe a fairy godmother to play with your little ones for a bit!) - although please note you will be held fully responsible for your child's care during the session.

Will there be refreshments?

Chapter Arts Centre has a lovely café in the main entrance - you are welcome to purchase drinks and snacks there to bring into the session with you. There will be water available on the tables during the session.

Is it really free? What's the catch?

Yes! This is a 'taster' for both you and the team at The Mama Cwtch! At the end of the workshop we will tell you all about the wonderful services available (ie 1:1 Postnatal Doula, group antenatal classes and virtual doula support) but you are not obliged to join us. We just want to meet you!
