Join us for our next Active Living event in Vancouver with Sofie Jayne Fitness!

WHAT TO BRING: BYOM (Bring your own Yoga Mat) & Water Bottle

This 45 minute Mat pilates class will strengthen and tone your entire body; with particular emphasis on core, back and glute strength. You will leave feeling revitalised and ready to tackle the rest of the day.

About Sofie Jayne Fitness:
Sofie loves nothing more than working in the fitness industry. She is the owner of Sofie Jayne Fitness, where she runs private PT sessions and online blogging/workout videos. Sofie spends the rest of her time teaching a variety of fitness classes from the more high intensity HIIT classes, to Barre and Pilates. Sofie believes everyone should incorporate exercise into their daily routines, not only because it is beneficial to your bodies health but also because of how great you feel after a workout session!
