This fast-paced session will cover our 5 Step Communication Model as applied to Sales and Customer Service. This model will empower you to facilitate effective conversations that convert more leads into business and customer interactions into more loyal customers by knowing how to transition for each step and aspect of the conversation.
From there, we will dive deep into rapport, learning how to warm up the conversation, and build trust and long-lasting relationships. These tools will make your conversations even more effective and efficient in terms of the time needed to build trust and in your ability to facilitate quality conversations.
Finally, we will apply these skills and provide additional helpful tips, whether it is a sales conversation or customer service conversation. Building on rapport, we will learn how to respond to customer questions or bring up a problem and complaints.
This session will empower you to lead your prospects or customers in a way that produces positive results and feels great in the process!
